Since 1995, Cobblestone Development Inc. has been operating as a professional property management  and construction company throughout this energetic city and has successfully provided hundreds of residents their unique place to call home.

 

The properties managed by us are predominantly located in the city’s north side with an abundance of conveniences in close proximity. We pride ourselves in the ability to match people with their perfect domicile/home and to keep them content for years, often cultivating a long term relationships, an infrequent concept in a fast pace urban environment.

 

Perhaps we are unique in that our policy has always been to develop and maintain relationships with our tenants by being personally and directly available to them, whether this means having our office doors open 6-days a week or that we take the initiative to make periodic site visits to all our properties.

 

Our property manager is available 24/7 and often will be seen at buildings meeting with new residents to ensure a smooth move-in, or with contractors to oversee repair requests. The diligent janitorial/maintenance staff is scheduled to perform weekly visits so that all premises are inspected and kept to a high standard of condition and safety.
